Who we are : Our services are based on solid hands-on experience, gained both in France for over 20 years and in Dubai through more than 18 months of operational presence. This expertise is led by our CEO and founding partner, Frédéric Vincent, who, after 20 years in wealth management in France, has been assisting investors for over three years in structuring and optimizing their real estate investments in Dubai. Alongside him, Sébastien Janin, designer and founding partner, leverages more than 15 years of experience in Private Equity.

Hosho is a subsidiary of Hawk Invest, specializing in advising and supporting French-speaking real estate investors in the United Arab Emirates. Hawk Invest assists with company formation, bank account opening, and visa acquisition, providing a secure framework for investment projects. Based in Dubai, Hosho is a Dubai-registered company (LLC) operating as a real estate trader (flipping) under the “buying and selling real estate” license, registered with RERA, the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Our business consists of acquiring properties on the secondary market (apartments or houses), transforming, renovating, and decorating them to French quality standards, and reselling them at a significant profit.

We manage the entire real estate investment cycle: project selection, legal and financial structuring, compliance, renovation works, operational follow-up, and transparent reporting. Our investors have access to a dedicated app that allows them to track the progress of each project in real time.

Our approach : Our investment operations are based on the club deal model: a co-investment bringing together 10 to 20 investors around a property located in a premium Dubai neighborhood. Each operation is executed through a dedicated SPV (project investment vehicle) holding a single asset, with investor partners entering and exiting simultaneously. The investment cycle is relatively short, limited to a maximum of 18 months, with an average annual return of 15%. The entry ticket for an investor partner starts at €50,000.

To ensure excellence in our operations, we collaborate with high-quality, reputable partners: Dumon Partners for legal services, Maison A&G for technical and design expertise, and Barnes Dubai for real estate services.

This structured and proven club deal model is sustainable, allowing investors to reinvest at each exit into new operations.
