Morsi Berguiga is a Partner in KPMG Advisory practice and sector lead for the Transportation and Telecommunications sectors. He brings more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, the USA and Asia. Before moving to Dubai in 2014, Morsi was a Director in the Secretary General for Investment of France and responsible for the digital economy stimulus program under the Prime Minister’s Office. He started his career in France working for global strategy and management consulting firms (Arthur D. Little, BearingPoint) advising clients in the telecoms, media and technology sectors.

Morsi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and a Master’s degree in Network & Computer Science from ENSTA Paris. He has also been a visiting research assistant at the Australian National University.
