Moussa Zaghdoud is Executive Vice-President and Board Member at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE),  technology company with a global presence across 80 countries, where it provides communication and network solutions to enterprise markets. He currently leads ALE’s worldwide digital transformation, innovation and Cloud division, one of the three business divisions at ALE. 

Moussa is also the inventor of numerous solutions within the space of Cloud communications, out of which "Rainbow", the only European Cloud solution currently present in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud communications. He is also the founder of two Cloud startups which provide enterprises with virtual customer interactions services that are powered by artificial intelligence and predictive routing. Moussa currently acts as an advisory member to several companies within FinTech, healthcare and telecommunications, and is an avid supporter of business mentoring networks.
