Muna Al Osaimi is a strategic planning specialist in the creation of business strategies for organizations and urban planning, from her post as the Director of the Transportation Strategic Planning Department in Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and as an active member in the Dubai Urban Planning coordination committee, & Dubai Quality of Living Committee.

Muna has over (16) years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning and Policies, Project Portfolio, Statistics, Right of Way Monitoring, Future Foresight, Guideline’s development and Design Development, including Metro Dubai Development, and its facilities, it is worth mentioning her energetic involvement in Dubai Urban Plan 2040

Muna is leading Transportation Strategic Planning team, relentlessly developing and shaping the future of Dubai Transportation plan through developing and implementing the visionary  RTA’s Strategic Plan.
