  • 1996-1999 :   system  engineer  on  a military  satellite  telecommunication  programme  of  the French Ministry of Defense  
  • 1999-2004 :   commercial counselor for high technologies at the trade commission of the Embassy of France in China  
  • 2004-2007 : head  of  the  electronic  industry  division  at  the  strategy  directorate  of  the  French Ministry of Defense  
  • 2007-2010 : head of the information systems department at the technical directorate of the French Ministry of Defense
