Stefano MarzioInternational Bid & Project Director - Transdev

STEFANO MARZIO has more than 15 years of international legal and commercial experience in infrastructure projects (energy and transportation) across various jurisdictions. He spent several years in private practice as M&A and project finance lawyer, and rapidly evolved to in-house managerial accountability positions.

Since January 2021 Stefano is the International Bid & Project Director for Transdev Group, in charge of developing and identifying new business opportunities in Middle East and directing strategic bids. Stefano was previously International Legal Director for Transdev Group, responsible for all legal affairs arising out of major public transportation projects (in particular PPPs) across various jurisdictions.

Stefano has graduated in 2004 from Florence University School of Law, he has admitted to the Italian Bar in 2007, and he holds a LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2009.
