2024RS04 - Digital Marketing & Communication Executive
CCI France UAE is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Executive for its Communication & Marketing department.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Assist in the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto emailing and social media channels
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans on social media and emailing channels
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights
- Coordinate and gather data on sales customer behaviour to identify and define audiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
- Conduct research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Develop traffic by optimising all digital channels
DIGITAL MARKETING
Emailing
- Participation in the planning of the editorial calendar,
- Ideate, build, and send all emailing campaigns,
- Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, and make recommendations.
- Regular benchmarks
- Participate to the implementation of marketing automation strategy
- Enhance campaigns effectiveness by using AB testing strategies
Social Media
- Promote CCI France UAE’s services on various social media channels,
- Assist in the development of the editorial calendar.
- Craft social media marketing campaign by creating the content idea, and implementation schedules.
- Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
- Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
- Monitor, analyze and report KPIs and make recommendations

Website
- Post members’ news, offers and content on website
- Regular benchmarks
- Responsible of publishing content provided by team, members, partners and sponsors.
- Publish events on website
Content
- Create video content to spread on social media and accurate digital marketing channels
- When members activate their communication benefits (i.e. privilege offers, e-mail shots, interviews, feedbacks, etc.) follow up directly with the client once introduced by the KAM and member willing to activate the benefit
EVENTS
- Assist in organizing MarCom working groups
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Create monthly reporting on emailing and social media marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaigns effectiveness and reporting of emailing and social media
- Make recommendations on emailing and social media
- Replace the Marketing & Communications Director when required
MARKET STUDIES
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition on communication and digital trends and create monthly reports to present
- Coordinate and gather data on sales customer behaviour to identify and define audiences.
- Coordinate gathering on sales KPIs and digital communications to create reports on campaigns effectiveness.
- Develop traffic by optimising all digital channels.
Skills and experience required:
- Technical skills: Good understanding of computer software - including CMS, CRM, Adobe Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator (knowledge of one of the Adobe software is mandatory), Emailing, Office Suite, Google tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Search, Emailing, social media…)
- Social media savvy
- Strong attention to details
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and writing)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Soft skills: flexibility, communication, creative thinking, work ethic, team work, positive attitude, organization, time management and initiative, results-driven.
- Between 2 to 3 years’ experience (not including internships)
Direct report to Marketing and Communication Director
Full-time position based in Dubai office
