Minimizing Wastes: NE’MA National Food Loss and Waste Initiative
National action at scale to reducing Food Loss and Waste (FLW) in the HoReCa sector – 24 July 2023
NE’MA- National Food Loss and Waste Initiative is launching the national call to action to all HoReCa players in the UAE to commit to reduce food loss and waste by 50% by 2030, in line with the UN SDG 12.3. As a part of this commitment, NE’MA is organizing a national trial for reducing food loss and waste for HoReCa sector in the UAE that will take place from August 1st to October 25th.
