We cover the whole value chain from the design to the manufacturing and personalization of security documents including identity cards and passports through to implementation of customized system solutions.

Job Description: Toppan Gravity is looking for assistant project manager to support their project operations for delivery of international identity and security technology projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in management of delivery projects, from inception to completion. Stakeholder management, delivery schedule/planning, cost/cashflow management, program control, quality supervision, etc. are duties to be involved.
  • Acting as the contact point for all project participants
  • Assist in leading and directing project teams composed of professional engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
  • Breaking complex projects into simpler tasks and setting goals and timeframes
  • Creating and updating workflows
  • Perform project control, including cost management, verify and book supplier purchases, customer invoices and cashflow management
  • Measuring and reporting on the project performance, perform month-end closing, update business forecast and financial reports
  • Monitoring progress of the project and also addressing potential issues
  • Coordinating quality controls for ensuring the deliverables meet client demands
  • Retrieving necessary information such as related case studies and client/user requirements
  • Conducting risk analyses
  • Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams


  • Minimum 3-5 year relevant experience
  • Additional certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello and MS Project
  • Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Fluent verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
