Dumon Partners ("DP") is pleased to announce the arrival of Mr. Ludovic Delpon de Vaux as a Partner, established within its Dubai office.

Dumon Partners ("DP") is delighted to announce the enhancement of its expertise in 
corporate law and outsourced legal management with the addition of Mr. Ludovic Delpon 
de Vaux as a Partner, based in its Dubai office.

With 18 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in business law, mergers and 
acquisitios, and contract law, Ludovic brings a dual strategic offering to DP. He commenced 
his career in 2005 at the Paris office of Skadden Arps, where he advised French and 
international companies on capital operations, acquisitions and divestitures, shareholding, 
investments, and commercial and industrial partnerships.

In 2010, Ludovic joined the M&A and Financing department of the Pernod Ricard Group, 
solidifying his expertise in business law while developing skills in commercial law and 
compliance. His appointment in 2013 as Legal and Administrative Director of Ricard placed 
him at the heart of operational challenges in legal management, focusing on commercial 
negotiations and marketing compliance challenges.

In 2015, Ludovic became the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Pernod 
Ricard Asia, initially based in Hong Kong and later in Dubai, overseeing legal matters in 15 
countries from the Gulf to Japan. In addition to driving an ambitious development strategy, 
including opening new markets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, Ludovic 
successfully implemented the Group's compliance roadmap, enhancing team development 
and training while improving contract and tool quality.

Prior to joining Dumon Partners, Ludovic thus cultivated a dual expertise in corporate M&A 
and legal management of major subsidiaries. Holding an MBA from ESSEC, a Master in 
Corporate Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and the certificat d’aptitude à la 
profession d’avocat (CAPA) qualification, Ludovic is a seasoned professional who will 
significantly enrich DP's range of expertise.

His arrival strengthens Dumon Partners' strategic positioning as a leading international law 
firm in France, Middle East and Asia providing comprehensive solutions in business law 
and outsourced legal management.
