2019-20RS009- Junior Financial Analyst

Our client, a French company, who is specialized in working in both emerging and mature markets. They export to over 60 countries, in 4 continents, mainly in Africa, Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent, South East Asia, Europe and America. To support their Finance department, they are looking for their Junior Financial Analyst.

Reporting to the Deputy Financial Director, your main responsibilities and tasks are:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Kindly note that the below list is not limitative

Continuous follow-up on foreign entities

  • Maintain frequent contact with local partners
  • Provide legal documents to local authorities/banks/lawyers (…)
  • Follow-up bank partnership in foreign countries through their Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
  • Coordinate tasks with internal department (Accounting, HR…)

Provide documents for credit applications
Assist CFO when required
Prepare figures presentations for several meetings
Keep updating several reports on Excel
Writing procedures and presentation on Pwp


  • Minimum of 2/3 years in a previous work experience as auditor in the Big Four or similar position within international company
  • Good knowledge of French accounting principles and procedures

Technical, interpersonal and languages skills

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge in Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook…)
  • Interpersonal skills such as:
    -High reliability and accuracy
    -High level of confidentiality
    -Very good relationship skills (several frequent external and internal contacts)
    -Good negotiation skills

Graduated in Master in Business School or University in Finance/Audit/Controlling

Terms of contract and benefits

  • Full time position
  • Working timings: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break
