2022RS03 - Sales Coordinator UAE

Our client, a French company specialized in fragrances industry is looking for its new Sales Coordinator, he/she will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and will be responsible for managing and developing the fragrance business activities in the UAE.
He/she develops the business activities with local retailers, leads the performance of the boutiques and monitors UAE travel retail operations while contributing with the team to the strategic commercial development.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Apply the global commercial strategy to reach sales targets through different actions & responsibilities:

Sales Management:       
- Monitor closely retailers, department stores, boutiques, and travel retail.
- Set up trustworthy and efficient partnerships. Develop and promote the brand's awareness.
- Follow-up of the KPI's (market shares, sell-in/sell-out, competition activities, market trends, traffic).
- Monitor performance and apply measures to maintain constant growth.

Marketing:
- Implement marketing actions (launches, animations, incentives) on POS within deadlines in collaboration with Marketing Team.
- Ensure Trade and Marketing plan is applied properly.

Merchandising:
- Improve brand's visibility and presence through a detailed retail Network Plan.
- Negotiate conditions with retailers (exposure and locations on floor plans).
- Ensure the brands guidelines are applied.

Retail Management:
- Lead and motivate teams of exclusive BAs in domestic market (10 BAs + 1 supervisor) and travel retail (6BAs).
- Monitor the performances of our stand-alone boutiques in collaboration with the retail supervisor.

Training/Motivation:
- Ensure ongoing training of sales teams.

Forecast:
- Sales and Stock analysis and optimization with precise forecasts of retail needs.

Reporting:
- Set up monthly sales reports – per client/location/brand - and track initiative of competitors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Master’s degree: Business School or equivalent.
- Language Spoken: French and English mandatory
- Min 3 years prior experience in sales (perfumes and cosmetics a plus).
- Excellent organization, analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Ready to work in a polyvalent, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to be in the market frequently (50%).
