2023RS46 - Sales Manager

Our client, a leader in the UAE specializing in the retail sector, is looking for a Sales Manager, he/she will be based in Dubai and will report directly to the General Manager.

Mission:

  • Responsible for specific channel or client sales (Hyper/Super/Petrol Station).
  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy in coordination with Operation dept to ensure achievement of target / budget.
  • Develop business with new distributors (Lulu and Spinneys among others)
  • Structure and manage a sales department to achieve 20M AED with 200POS.
  • Report to GM/COMEX/ and present report to BOARD.

Responsibilities

  • PL – Channel sales
  • Sales team. Structuring sales team and ensuring team performance including Sales & Margin.
  • Commercial development. Developing product range in liaison with Marketing Dep. Negotiating promotions with distributors. Monitoring implementation and teams.
  • Asset & merchandising. Ensuring quality standards of outlets.
  • Client relationship. Developing business.

Skills:

  • Experience in sales/account management and retail/MT industry.
  • Language: English, French & Arabic is plus.
  • Computer: perfect knowledge windows & MS office + ERP

Profile:  

  • Academic: Master degree in sales and marketing
  • Experience: 4/5 years in Modern Trade or Retail 
  • Driving Licence: yes
  • Availability: 30 days
