ALEC Holdings has released its 2025 Sustainability & ESG Report, highlighting our commitment to sustainable practices and responsibility.
ALEC Holdings has published its 2025 Sustainability & ESG Report, covering our UAE and KSA operations during a milestone year in which we became a publicly listed company on the Dubai Financial Market and reaffirming our ongoing commitment to transparency and responsible business practices across our operations.

Key highlights from the 2025 report include:
• Sustainable Workspaces: ALEC Holdings’ Corporate Office achieved LEED Platinum certification, while the ALEMCO Corporate Office and ALEC Dubai Industrial City Yard earned LEED Gold certification, reflecting strong commitments to efficiency and responsible design.
• Environmental Management & Renewable Energy: All operations are covered under ISO 14001:2015, with 69% of waste diverted from landfill and 6.421 MWp of solar capacity installed across assets and active projects.
• Health, Safety & Workforce Development: A strong safety culture supported by ISO 45001:2018 certification, achieving a Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate of 0.097 per million man hours, alongside training for 8,000+ workers, with 250 promoted to staff roles.
• Ethical Governance & Transparency: All businesses are covered under ISO 9001:2015, with a 100% closure rate of cases reported through ALEC Alert, our third-party whistleblowing platform.
• Responsible Supply Chain Practices: 3,132 vendors were certified for compliance with ALEC Holdings’ Vendor Code of Conduct, strengthening responsible and ethical supply chain management.
In March, we were also awarded the Silver Medal from EcoVadis, placing us in the top 15% of all companies assessed worldwide with a score of 73/100, providing independent validation of our ESG management systems and disclosures.
