The recent opening of our offices in Colombia and Saudi Arabia marks a decisive milestone: a nearshore strategy designed to meet client needs across the US and LATAM markets, and a strong foothold in the Arabian Peninsula thanks to our presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Since its creation, KLANIK has set out to combine technological expertise with human excellence. This bold vision, born in Marseille, has grown into an international adventure that today counts 1,000 employees, operations in 10 countries, strategic hubs, and innovative subsidiaries. Controlled Growth: Milestones of Our Expansion

2011: Marseille, the starting point.
Johan Guedj, KLANIK’s founder, challenged the traditional role of consultants in the industry. His vision? Put people back at the center and create a company model where employee well-being is a priority—a bold move in the consulting sector! Thus, KLANIK was born, driven by the desire to combine technological performance with authenticity.

What followed was an impressive expansion:
Marseille (2011), Montpellier (2012), Sophia Antipolis (2013), Brussels (2016), Lyon (2017), Paris (2018), Lille, Montreal and Monaco (2019), Toulouse, Mauritius, Tunisia and Dubai (2021), Miami (2022), Geneva (2023), and finally Colombia and Saudi Arabia (2025).

Sophia Antipolis and Monaco are strategic hubs enabling us to shine on the French Riviera and support local tech players. Today, these agencies host more than 170 employees under the leadership of Pascal Méry, who also oversees Toulouse and Dubai.

Pascal joined KLANIK in October 2017 and, after holding key roles in business development, now manages Sophia Antipolis, Monaco, Toulouse, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Known for his leadership and strategic vision, Pascal drives major governance projects for our top partners and contributes to innovative internal initiatives.

This Colombian hub mirrors our Mauritius hub, ensuring the same standards of quality and employee well-being worldwide.
