Preparing the Next Generation of Health Coaches to Drive Wellbeing
Supporting CNM’s mission to equip future health coaches with tools to inspire healthier people and workplaces
Last week, I wrapped up teaching the Business Module for the next generation of CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) health coaches in Dubai.
It was a rewarding experience to share my journey—both from my corporate years and as co-founder of MyAuthentikSpoon—with a group of passionate individuals preparing to launch their businesses and transform the health of their communities.
Throughout the course, we explored essential topics for building a sustainable and impactful practice, including:
- marketing with purpose and clarity
- understanding numbers and managing finances
- creating a strong business plan and strategy to bring their vision to life
