Tender 2025-0324 / 2025-0325 - Maintenance services for the French Forces in the United Arab Emirates - Request for Interest

Economat des Armées (EdA) is a French public commercial entity under the authority of the French Ministry of Armed Forces.  

Economat des Armées – UAE (hereinafter referred as “EdA”) is the Emirati branch office of Economat des Armées and is in charge of providing support to the French Forces stationed in the United Arab Emirates.  

We would like to inform you that a call for tender will be launched in order to select one company per batch, that will be in charge of Maintenance services for the French Forces in the United Arab Emirates.  

As a consequence, please find attached a Request for Interest (as well as its appendices) detailing the process to submit your application and be part of the upcoming tender.  

Kindly note that the deadline to submit your application has been set to Friday 2nd May 2025 11.00am sharp.

Please send the following documents to loqmane.jamil(@)economat-armees.fr :

1. A copy of a currently valid valid UAE commercial license (for the services to be provided);
2. A copy of a currently valid Establishment card;
3. GHQ (General Head Quarter) company registration;
4. A list of references for similar services;
