A bold move forward: Steering Resources becomes GenTa International

We are proud to announce our new company name, GenTa International; a bold move forward in our commitment to progress.

The change of company name is following the creation of the GenTa Group (GenTa meaning “Generating Talents” or “Générations Talents”), a French group specialising in Human Resources international mobility and with HQ in France.

The management team of the GenTa group has specialized in legal, accounting, tax and HR support for many groups in their internationalization since 2009.

GenTa Group has two main service offerings for businesses:

1. Inbound mobility in France (Impatriation professionnelle des métiers sous tension) meaning the sourcing and the employment of a workforce from abroad to France for jobs in manpower shortages. Inside the Group and in France, GenTa Interim is the company managing the employment of the foreign workforce.
2. Employer of Record services (Portage Salarial International) meaning the opportunity for a company to outsource the full administrative employment of its human resources in a country where it has no legal entity; either by expatriating its own employees, or by recruiting new employees. This offering was Steering Resources core business

With the combined offering in Inbound and Outbound mobility that led to the creation of the GenTa group, Steering Resources became GenTa International.

As a Professional Employer Organisation with presence in more than 10 countries in Africa, the Middle-East & Levant; our core business remains providing Employer of Record services. In addition, GenTa International through its subsidiaries in French-speaking countries in Africa and the Levant, is now also in charge of identifying Talents, candidates for inbound mobility in France.

GenTa International is your “one-stop shop” to deploy your consultants internationally and we manage your human capital with fast and flexible solutions:

1.  Employer of Record:  we employ under our sponsorship your consultants so thy have resident and work permit in due form. Then, we manage their full HR Lifecyle and payroll
2. Payroll Management: Tailormade offering, as an outsourced service, either when your company can’t manage locally or when you need to deploy your consultants at various international locations
3. Visa PRO Services: Support to Support to obtain residency visa for employees, dependents, domestic workers. Also, installation services: offices & housing sourcing, utilities services registration and activation
4. Temporary Work Permits: work permits and contracts for short-term period allowing your collaborators to travel and work legally for business
