Partnership between CCI France International and the Solar Impulse Foundation
Strengthen the ESG positioning of the CCI FI network and support the Foundation in its mission: boosting the adoption of efficient solutions
The partnership between CCI France International and the Solar Impulse Foundation was officially signed by Arnaud VAISSIÉ, President of CCI France International, and Bertrand PICCARD, initiator and President of the Solar Impulse Foundation, on Monday, June 24, 2024, during the CCI France International Awards evening.
Explorer Bertrand PICCARD, who completed the first round-the-world trip without fuel or polluting emissions in 2015-2016 with his Solar Impulse aircraft, founded the foundation in 2004.
The mission of the foundation is to accelerate the adoption of solutions capable of protecting the environment by reconciling economic development with ecological challenges. It reflects its founder's approach based on the principle of "qualitative growth."
The Solar Impulse Foundation also provides access to the climate action search engine, "Solutions Explorer": a remarkable database of clean and profitable solutions to address ecological challenges without compromising economic growth.
