CCI France UAE Women Empowerment Committee is a platform dedicated to supporting the impactful business leadership of Emirati and French women, recognizing them as essential partners in the economic development of the UAE. We take great pride in pursuing this mission for the past 8 years, initiated by the spouse of the French Ambassador, with the support of a core committee and contributors from key sectors in France and the UAE.

FAB & The Women Empowerment Committee are thrilled to collaborate during COP28, showcasing the private sector's role in creating a sustainable environment, in which gender equality plays a big part.

Join us for a panel discussion on "How to hire women, retain them and grow their role in corporations". Whether it is by their full participation in all sectors, by leveraging their leadership skills, creativity and capabilities, or by involving them in the decision-making process, and empowering them. Representatives of major French and Emirati corporations will share their actions and thoughts on the subject.
