Andrea is the Strategy Director at Chalhoub Group, the partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East. She is responsible for devising corporate strategy including strategic planning and medium- to long-term development, working on the formulation of the major goals and initiatives undertaken by the Group. Additionally, she oversees the business unit advisory function, serving as an "internal consulting hub" that provides strategic support to the Group’s business units and brands, specifically on selected strategic projects. Furthermore, she directs the strategic insights research function at Chalhoub Group, ensuring the Group's decision-making process is underpinned by informed, data-driven insights.
With over a decade of experience in the strategy sector, Andrea's professional journey began in management consulting, focusing specifically on luxury retail and personal luxury goods across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Andrea holds a Master of Science in Management from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (LMU). Additionally, she completed advanced programs in organizational strategy from Harvard Business School (HBS) and in economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Outside her professional pursuits, Andrea enjoys traveling and cooking.
