Celine Lion is a Managing Partner at EIGER International Leadership Solutions, based in their Dubai office.

She leads EIGER’s global Healthcare & Life Sciences’ practice & specializes in Middle-East & Africa.

She delivers complex, often global Executive Searches for clients ranging from large multinationals, flagship regional companies, PE firms or NGOs. Celine also provides organizational advisory as well as executive assessment services.

Celine joined the Executive Search firm in 2015, bringing over 25 years’ international experience in the pharma/biotech industry as well as in strategic consulting.

Prior to joining the firm, Celine held several senior management positions at Amgen & AstraZeneca in Europe, Middle East & Africa. She started her career at McKinsey working on worldwide engagements in banking, transportation, pharma & government sectors in both Brussels and Paris offices.

Celine is a graduate from HEC Paris (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, France). She is French and has been living overseas most of her career (in Europe, Asia and Middle East).

Celine supports the FBC by chairing the Healthcare Committee.
