Coralie PIERROTMarketing Transformation / Media & Digital / Sustainability - BEL

Graduate of NEOMA Business School, Coralie first worked at Nestlé in sales, merchandising, and marketing roles before joining Bel in January 2015. Previously, Coralie held various local positions within the France team, such as Category Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Senior Brand Manager for Apéricube. She then successfully led Bel's data and analytics transformation journey within the global team.

Based in Dubai since the beginning of 2023, Coralie oversees integrated communications for all Bel Brands (Kiri, La vache qui rit, Babybel, Picon) and is actively involved in the sustainability roadmap of Bel Group, aiming to offer healthier and responsible food for all.

As part of her expanded role, Coralie contributes to defining the CSR roadmap of Bel in Egypt, the Middle East, and Iran. She is committed to meeting the challenges the company faces in the region, working together with the entire ecosystem.

Since the beginning of the year, she has been actively raising awareness about the carbon impact and implementing the "Climate Fresk" training sessions across different Bel Middle East sites (Jeddah, Dubai, Cairo, etc.). She is also engaged in discussions with 30 other companies in the UAE UN Global Compact network to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Furthermore, she works closely with partners and customers to implement concrete actions during the upcoming COP28.
