Fares is a Director with Sia and an expert in strategy definition and execution, growth and resilience, and business and digital transformation. In his 18 years: he has worked with +50 organisations and advised +400 senior leaders across the Middle East, with a focus towards driving transformations across Government and the Private Sector; especially in complex holding structures, energy, utilities, hospitality, real estate, and retail.  

With a Masters’ in Chemical Engineering from University College London (UK) in hand, Fares has also completed programs with GIMI, London School of Economics, Harvard Business School (HBX), MIT Sloan School of Management, and with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
