Ghita MEJDI is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and
Communications for multinational brands.

Most recently, as Vice President of RM Sotheby’s Middle East and Africa, she spearheaded the brand’s commercial development and market expansion in the region. Ghita played a pivotal role in establishing RM Sotheby’s presence in the Middle East, successfully leading its inaugural auction in Dubai, which generated a gross profit of $17 million and achieved an impressive 88.9% lot sell-through rate.

Prior to this, Ghita served as Group Communications Director at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where she managed the communications portfolio and reputation strategies for iconic brands like Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Fiat, and Jeep. Her passion for the automotive industry extended to managing the communications departments for Maserati and Ferrari, where she contributed to strengthening these brands’ global presence and legacy.

Ghita later transitioned into Executive Coaching (ICF & EMCC Certified), specializing in leadership coaching, where she has helped numerous leaders confidently express themselves and achieve their objectives. This evolution into coaching was a natural progression from her corporate career, where she discovered a passion for helping colleagues unlock their full potential.

In addition to coaching, Ghita is a seasoned strategy consultant, working with companies to refine their objectives and drive growth, even in challenging markets. Known for her avant-garde thinking, she consistently implements innovative approaches to propel businesses forward.

Born in Morocco and having lived in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Ghita brings a global perspective enriched by diverse cultural experiences and a deep interest in social anthropology.

Strongly connected to her roots and the African continent, she is passionate about the traditions and cultural richness of these extraordinary regions. Her love for Morocco and Africa is reflected in her commitment to celebrating local heritage while executing projects on an international stage.
