Karine is the first woman Managing Director of Total Marketing Middle East Fze, Dubai, United Arab of Emirates. She has been a pioneer in both her personal and professional life, venturing into Russia and India long before they were considered as new frontiers.

A multilingual industry specialist, Karine has over 20 years’ global experience within Total, holding various positions in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, M&A, Supply Chain and Customer Service. 

She was instrumental in having Total step into the fuel retail market in Brazil. Both a meaning giver and a pragmatic, Karine’s business strategy aims at developing profitable and sustainable business models with a strong HSEQ and Customer focus. 

Graduated from one of the best French business school (Ecole Supèrieure de Commerce de Paris), Karine regards Customer satisfaction as a key driver to sustainable business. To this end, she is eager to develop professional teams and to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in terms of products and services. 

A keen yoga practitioner, Karine knows how to be both soft and strong depending on situations. She strives to build a better place to work.
