He has held various senior management positions at AwareX, Ericsson, Amdocs, Optiva, British Telecom and PriceWaterhouseCoopers over the past 25 years.

Based in Dubai, Marc will drive business growth in the Middle East and focus on customer centricity and satisfaction especially in the UAE, KSA, Egypt and Qatar.
