Melanie Fresto, General Manager of TotalEnergies Marketing Qatar. A licensed Chemical Engineer from Mapúa University in the Philippines, Melanie brings over 23 years of professional experience, including more than 17 years in the lubricants industry across Automotive, Industrial, Marine, and Special Fluids businesses. 

Melanie's career journey is a remarkable example of perseverance, continuous learning, and leadership. Having joined TotalEnergies in 2009 as a Sales Executive, she progressed through multiple commercial and leadership roles across Qatar and the UAE before being appointed General Manager of TotalEnergies Marketing Qatar. Throughout her career, she has successfully led business growth initiatives, secured strategic customer partnerships, developed high-performing teams, and managed multi-million-dollar operations.
