Naima Al Falasi is passionate about harnessing Artificial Intelligence to drive strategic transformation and sustainable growth across industries. As Senior Vice President of AI Strategy & Enablement at Mubadala Investment Company, she leads the Strategy and Transformation team within the AI Enablement Unit, shaping Mubadala’s AI strategy and spearheading the MAIA product suite.

With over 18 years of multi-industry experience spanning international banking, fintech, and public sector strategy, Naima has played a pivotal role in advancing the economic diversification of Abu Dhabi. Her career journey has taken her from top-tier global banks to leading large-scale transformation initiatives, where she has consistently bridged business strategy with technological innovation.

Holding Master’s degrees in both Computer Science and Finance, complemented by Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, Naima combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision. Her ability to align AI capabilities with business priorities ensures that cutting-edge technology translates into measurable impact.

Beyond her role at Mubadala, Naima is a member of the World Economic Forum’s AI Governance Alliance and serves on the board of the Women Empowerment Core Committee of CCI France. She is a frequent speaker at AI conferences and strategy forums, sharing insights on AI adoption, governance, and the future of work.

In her personal time, Naima enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new cultures, and experimenting with creative projects that blend technology and design.
