Priyanka is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in direct and indirect tax advisory, specializing in the GCC and India. She currently serves as Partner at Aurifer Middle East Tax Consultancy, leveraging her extensive 
expertise to guide both multinational and domestic clients across a broad range of industries. 

In the GCC, Priyanka has extensive expertise in the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) laws of both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Her experience includes conducting comprehensive impact assessments, leading tax implementation projects, and providing strategic guidance to clients on navigating the complexities of these tax regimes. She has also led training sessions and workshops on VAT and CIT ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with evolving UAE tax laws. 

Priyanka is also actively involved in Saudi Arabia’s tax advisory, particularly in structuring advisory, CIT, and VAT audits, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of tax compliance in the Kingdom. Her experience in India complements her GCC work, particularly in indirect tax advisory and GST implementation for multinational clients, and she has advised on audits, due diligence, customs valuation, Free Trade Policy, and e-invoicing, and led multi-state GST compliance and training initiatives 

Priyanka’s expertise also encompasses cross-border tax planning, structuring tax-efficient business models, and delivering tax optimization strategies. With a strong background in both GCC and Indian tax frameworks, she offers clients a unique ability to navigate complex tax environments while ensuring compliance and maximizing tax efficiencies.
