Soufya EL KHARBILIManaging Director Middle East - Malt

An engineering graduate of IMT Nord Europe and holder of an MSc from Cranfield School of Management, Soufya El Kharbili now leads Malt's Middle East operations as Country lead, based in Dubai. She joined Malt in late 2024 after two and a half years as an independent strategy and transformation consultant working across France, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Before that, she spent more than six years at Stanwell Consulting, a French boutique consulting firm specialising in financial services. She was also a guest lecturer in innovation management at Institut Mines-Télécom and co-founder of All In, a non-profit organisation promoting diversity in the artificial intelligence field. For Soufya El Kharbili, the growth of independent work in the Middle East reflects a broader shift in how work is organised driven by the same demands for flexibility and access to skills seen across Europe
