Amel Chadli is currently the President of the Gulf Cluster at Schneider Electric based in Dubai, UAE.
She is also a key member of the Schneider Electric Middle East and Africa Executive Leadership Team.

In her current role, Amel focuses on boosting the company’s leading market position in the region through her ability to drive innovation, foster sustainable growth and build high-performing teams.
Her proven track record of driving business excellence through strategic insight and execution precision, positions her as a driving force in the energy sector in the UAE and the region.

Previously, as Vice President for Digital Energy and Energy Management Software for the MEA region, Amel spearheaded the development of one of the company's most rapidly expanding business units.
She drove the digitization of energy management for smart buildings, grids, power infrastructure, and services across the Middle East and Africa, achieving.

With nearly two decades of tenure at Schneider, Amel Chadli has demonstrated exceptional agility and adaptability, navigating diverse geographies from Europe to Africa and the vibrant hub of Dubai.
Her career trajectory encompasses strategic leadership roles across finance, strategy, and business development.

Notably, as Chief Financial Officer for Schneider’s Francophone Africa Cluster, she transformed the region's financial landscape, in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
Prior to joining Schneider, Amel held significant finance management positions at APC, Ernst & Young, and MessageMedia, laying a strong foundation for her financial expertise.

A recognized thought leader, Amel actively contributes to the industry through her participation on various local, regional, and global boards and associations, including being an Executive Committee member of the World Utilities Congress, Member Board of Directors at CCI France UAE, Chair of the Technology Committee at the International Women Board of Directors, and member of the Dubai Business Women Council.

Amel has been recognized on various occasions throughout her career by leading industry bodies and media outlets.
Most recently, Amel was included in Forbes Middle East’s Top Tech Leaders 2026 ranking, within the “Top Tech Leaders of Global Companies” list, Economy Middle East’s “30 Women in Tech” 2025 list, the Forbes Middle East’s 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen 2025 list.
Amel was also the only woman in the Top 50 Power List of Utilities Middle East Magazine for 2024, and one of two women in Middle East Economy Top 30 Tech Leaders for 2024.

Amel holds a master’s degree in law, political science, and international finance from the University of La Sorbonne France, a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Paris Pantheon Assas University, as well as multiple executive education programs with leading academic institutions such as INSEAD and others
