Dr Reem LEBHARCEO - Mena Tech AI

Dr. Reem is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Innovation, with a strong focus on the public sector, transportation, and aerospace-defense. She has held leadership positions at Accenture and Bain, where she led large-scale transformation programs.

She served as Director of Strategy and Investment at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA-Dubai) and later as Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management for Digital Technology and Innovation at Etihad Airways. Additionally, she played a strategic role in the Special Projects Team at the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), contributing to Abu Dhabi’s AI agenda. She was most recently Group Chief Digital Officer of Abu Dhabi Aviation Group.

Dr. Reem is now the Founder and CEO of Mena Tech AI, the region’s first one-stop shop for AI, delivering end-to-end services from Data and AI strategy to use case development, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.

A trusted voice in innovation and emerging technologies, Dr. Reem remains an advisor to several private offices: she serves on the Advisory Board of the Private Office of HH Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum and is an active leader in sustainability and women’s empowerment.

She holds a PhD in Economics and is an alumna of Harvard Business School, committed to shaping the future of technology and leadership in the UAE.
