Eid Alobeidli is Director of Musataha and Public-Private Partnerships at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), where he supports thedevelopment and delivery of partnership models that enable private sector participation in Abu Dhabi’s economic growth and long-termdevelopment objectives.​

Prior to joining ADIO, Eid served as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Aldar Properties, where he led major efficiency,development and partnership programmes across the organisation. In this role, he advanced commercial operations, service quality initiativesand government collaboration, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering sustainable business outcomes. His leadershipcombined commercial strategy with operational excellence, enabling initiatives that delivered measurable impact and long-term value.​

Eid has built extensive experience across real estate development, customer experience, stakeholder engagement and digital transformation.Earlier in his career at Aldar, he held several senior roles across customer management, commercial operations and post-sales functions,supporting large-scale project delivery, government system integration and customer-centric service models.​

Eid holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Quality Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University in Dubai and a Diploma inComputer Network Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi.
