Farah CHAHMACEO of NUVIA SIGMA and NUVIA MENA

Graduated from the French Engineering school, a Chartered Chemical Engineer and a seasoned Project Manager with 20 years experience in the Nuclear industry.

Ms Farah CHAHMA started her career at AREVA in the New Build Projects as Chemical Engineer. Then, she managed several international projects on the PWR Chemistry Optimization.

In 2013, she integrated the Maintenance Organization of AREVA for managing the Nuclear Services such as Decontamination of Heavy Equipment, Radioactive Waste Management.

In 2018, she was the Operation Director at Cruas Nuclear Power Plant in France managing all NUVIA’s services with EDF.

In 2021, she decided to join NUVIA MENA to start a new chapter.

At present CEO of NUVIA SIGMA and NUVIA MENA in United Arab Emirates.

Specialties:
Project development, project management managing multi-functional teams, engineering management & business development. Early Stage and Late Stage Project Development, Fatal Flaw Analysis, EPC Negotiations, Strategy and Implementation. Project Organization and Team Development and Assessment, Risk Analysis, EHS Management.

Farah CHAHMA

Diplômée d'une Grande Ecole d'Ingénieur Française, Mme Farah CHAHMA, Franco-Marocaine est née le 12 décembre 1980 en France.

Mme Farah CHAHMA a débuté sa carrière chez AREVA en tant qu'Ingénieur Chimiste sur les Grands Projets de Réacteurs Nucléaires.

Elle a ensuite dirigé plusieurs projets internationaux sur l'optimisation de la chimie des Réacteurs Nucléaires.

En 2013, elle rejoint la Direction Maintenance d'AREVA en charge des services spécialisés tels que la Décontamination des Équipements Lourds, la Gestion des Déchets Radioactifs.

En 2018, elle intègre le groupe VINCI et sera nommée Directrice des Services Nucléaires au sein de NUVIA pour le parc des Réacteurs français.

En 2021, elle est nommée Directrice Générale de NUVIA Middle East – North Africa.

Actuellement PDG de NUVIA SIGMA et NUVIA MENA localisée aux Émirats Arabes Unis, à Abu Dhabi.
