Humayun AKHLAQCountry President & CEO - Schneider Electric Pakistan

Humayun Akhlaq is the Country President for Schneider Electric Pakistan since January 2020. He is responsible for the strategy and overall requirements for current and next generation Energy Management and Industrial Automation solutions. Humayun brings to Schneider Electric over 25 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, business process analysis and design, portfolio management, services, solution selling, cloud sales, and leadership in Energy management and Industrial Automation.

Prior to his Country President appointment, Humayun worked as a Country Leader at IBM, leading the development and execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for all key markets and customer segments. He has also held various senior management positions in Cisco Systems, Microsoft Corporation Pakistan, Intel Corporation Pakistan, and 3M Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.

He is serving as the Vice President of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) and the President of Pakistan-France Business Alliance.

Humayun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and obtained an MBA from Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM). He has completed advanced management studies at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA and INSEAD, France.
