Jack Fowler is a Principal at Eurogroup Consulting with over a decade of global consulting experience, specializing in healthcare strategy and transformation. He has led projects in hospital network planning, digital health implementation, pharmaceutical and medical device market entry, and operational improvement for healthcare providers. His work also includes advising public and private stakeholders on policy design, workforce development, and partnerships to strengthen healthcare delivery. 

Now deeply engaged in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious healthcare transformation, Jack supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals to enhance medical excellence, innovation, and access. He has led initiatives to develop hospitals, specialized medical centers, and system-wide public health programs that expand access, improve quality, and strengthen long-term sustainability. 

Having lived and worked across Singapore, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Myanmar, Yemen, and the UK, Jack brings a deep understanding of diverse healthcare systems. He holds a Master’s from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s from the University of Manchester.
