Joseph Moussallem is an international senior executive and board director with more than 20 years of experience leading, transforming and expanding businesses across Europe and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in global corporations as well as mid-sized enterprises, developing a strong ability to adapt his leadership approach across different business scales, cultures, and environments.

He is currently General Manager of Energy International UAE, a leading HVAC equipment and engineered solutions company with over 45 years of industry presence and four branches across the UAE, where he leads strategy, P&L, commercial growth and operations.

Joseph also serves as Vice-President of CCI France UAE, contributing to the development of French-UAE business relations and the broader business community.
