Marie-Laure TassinHR Director, Veolia Near & Middle East

Marie-Laure has been appointed HR Director of Veolia’s activities in the Middle East for water, waste and energy management in September 2018.

Marie-Laure is an HR executive, with over 13 years of experience in the utility sector, in France, North and Latin America, Near & Middle East regions. Previously, Marie-Laure was Talent Development Manager in Veolia North America, a large Veolia business unit with 7,000 employees in the US and Canada, expert in water, waste and energy activities.

Before that, Marie-Laure was HR Manager of Veolia Water Technologies Brazil, a provider of turnkey water and wastewater plants in different industries such as Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage and Pulp and Paper for Latin America.

Her portfolio of achievements in her career include management of all HR processes and strategy in different countries to support the business and growth strategy of Veolia.

Marie-Laure was born in France, where she completed a Business Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources at Audencia Business School in Nantes (France). She also did a semester in HR at Telfer School of Management in Ottawa (Canada).
