In my journey, I've learned that the most meaningful opportunities often start with small acts of kindness and compassion – the everyday things we do. I used to wait for that grand moment of alignment, but I discovered that true impact begins right here, in the present moment.

As Co-founder and Managing Director of Impactiv, a certified social enterprise incubated by Ma'an (The Authority for Social Contribution), and a board member of Injaz Lebanon, I've witnessed the profound effects of these seemingly small gestures. Guiding, mentoring, and supporting others has given me an unshakable sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Seeing individuals thrive and achieve their dreams is my driving force. It's not just about personal gratification; it's about transformation. I believe that giving back through mentorship and support isn't just rewarding; it's the catalyst for personal and economic growth, not only for individuals but entire communities.

My diverse background spans over three decades and encompasses leadership in higher education, research administration, financial management, and audit. I've built research infrastructure, empowered talent, and promoted transparency in startup environments, notably at NYU Abu Dhabi, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, Department of Education and Knoweldge (ADEK) and Abu Dhabi University.

As an adjunct faculty member at Alliance Manchester Business School, I educate and inspire future leaders in the field of business and financial management.

Advocating for women and youth empowerment, diversity, and equity has been a consistent theme throughout my career. My approach focuses on inclusivity and innovation with a strong emphasis on promoting strong work ethics, transparency, and sound governance.
