Emiratisation: How to comply with the new regulation?

In the past years we have seen the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation develop policy measures about emiratisation.

UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced its aim of increasing the rate of Emirati employees by 2 percent in the private sector companies with more than 50 employees, is conditional to employing them in skilled jobs, this year.

UAE companies had to achieve the country’s Emiratisation target before January 1, 2023. These quotas will be increasing year or year until 2026.
