Regular Rates (from 1/02/2026 to 27/03/2026, 12pm) - Reservations open to all

• Table: AED 12,850 (incl. VAT)
• Seat: AED 1,330 (TVA incl.)
• Premium Table: AED 25,000 AED (TVA incl.)
• VIE Seat: AED 750 (TVA incl.)

Terms and Conditions

• You can cancel your reservation until March 20, 2026. Please note that 100AED/seat and 1,000AED/table will be charged to cover administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded. After this date, for individual tickets, it will still be possible to transfer to someone else with prior notice from CCI France UAE. Please contact ccifranceuae@ccifranceuae.com for further information. 

• No-shows and cancellations made after March 20, 2026 will not be refunded.

• Reservations are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Fees may apply for online payments.

• The Early Bird rate is reserved for Members. To benefit from the Early Bird rate, full payment must be made before January 31, 2026. After this date, the normal rate will apply. The Member rate (Early Bird rate and normal rate) applies to members of CCI France UAE who are up to date with their membership fees for the year 2026.

• Please note that to benefit from the Early Bird rate : 

  • Payment must be received in the CCI France UAE bank account before January 31, 2026. 
    Any reservation/invoice received/issued before January 31, 2026 and not paid or P.O. received before January 31, 2026 will be cancelled. 
    Reservations not paid (or P.O. not received) before January 31, 2026 will be cancelled and automatically rebooked on February 1, 2026 at the normal rate.
