Workshop/Training Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Attendees
- 30+ Days Before Workshop/Training: Full refund, minus 100 AED processing fee.
- 15–29 Days Before Workshop/Training: 50% refund.
- 7–14 Days Before Workshop/Training: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 Days Before Workshop/Training: No refund.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Workshop/Training Rescheduling
- If the workshop/training must be rescheduled, attendees will have the option to:
  - Retain their ticket for a new date.
  - Receive a full refund if the new date does not suit them, provided they notify within 7 days of the new date announcement.
Cancellation by CCI France UAE
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation by CCI France UAE, all attendees will receive a full refund.
- CCI France UAE is not liable for additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation).
Transfer of Ticket
- Attendees may transfer their tickets to another individual by notifying CCI France UAE no less than 8 days prior to the workshop/training.
