This training aims at presenting the main tax requirements for companies in the UAE and the GCC, focusing mainly on UAE tax: VAT and Corporate tax.
The training will allow participants to:
- understand the basic rules of VAT treatment in the UAE
- know how to issue compliant tax invoice and tax credit notes
- have a global knowledge of how VAT returns are filed
- understand the basic rules of the new Corporate Tax regulations and its effects on their company
- introduce notions of international taxation that are essential to apprehend the new tax regulations of the UAE
